Hi Incredible Backers,

It has been approximately 1 month since we shipped the last orders for our Kickstarter community. I hope all items have arrived by now and if not please contact us directly via a message on Kickstarter on our email [email protected], or even by phone 1 (646) 679-4315.

For a few international shipments, it is possible that for specific countries the package is still in route and we usually give it 4-6weeks to arrive. Contact me to let me know if your parcel has gone past the 6-week mark from the date of your shipment confirmation email.

Also, should you have any feedback or suggestions I would love to hear from you. Please contact me through one of the channels mentioned above or keep in mind that within the next day, you will all receive a personalized PCC member email requesting your feedback.

Since the campaign, Auxilry has won the 2019 A'Design Award by the International Design Academy, a 2018 Silver IDA Award at the 12th International Design Awards, partnered with Amazon Launchpad launched our online store. We have also received the first of multiple pending US and international patents.  Every one of you is part of this "style-refined" movement and so happy to not only have you as a Kickstarter backer but also as an exclusive Premium Charter Club member.

Further, we are also working on our next 2 Kickstarter projects for expanding the collection with new styles, and the introduction of larger suit and jacket sized interchangeable buttons.

Shipping Update

Hi Everyone,

Just a quick update on shipping. We are about 70% done with shipping and waiting for our balance of packaging coming within the next 2 weeks in order to ship out the remaining 30% of orders. As soon as we receive the additional packaging all orders can go out at the same time. If you haven't received a confirmation email, do not worry, everyones order is accounted for and your order will be in the remaining batch of shipments.

Quick update on shipping. Thank you for the wonderful emails, on those who have begun receiving product. We are still in the process of packing, inspecting and shipping in batches. So if you haven't received your shipping confirmation email yet, no worries your order is in queue for shipping. Upon shipping you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number. Please feel free to contact me at anytime if you have any questions.

International Shipping

Hi Everyone,

Pack and ship, pack and ship, pack and ship!!!! For anyone with international orders that want an upgrade in service, please let me know by today or the latest tomorrow. I have been contacted by a few of you on upgrading your shipping. Currently, all orders are going out via USPS first class with tracking and delivery confirmation. If you would like to upgrade to USPS priority mail with tracking and signature confirmation, or Federal Express please let me know and I will send you the information on the upcharge. If shipping via USPS first class to your country is okay and you prefer this, then there is no need to do anything.

Commencement of Shipping

Hi Everyone,

Hooray!!! This is a quick update to advise, that we will start shipping tomorrow. We will be shipping initial batches for the next few weeks. This means some people will get their orders before others but in no particular order. USPS advises on anticipating some delays due to the holiday season. Everyone will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number and a proof of delivery notification once your order has been shipped.

UPDATE - For those that ordered the "Standard" button style this is the 1 style that is back ordered. I was not pleased with the initial production and had the factory remake it. It will be arriving in about 3 weeks and will be shipped out immediately to fulfill your order.

It's exciting to finally see Auxilry getting shipped on it' way to you!!!! In the meantime, please feel free to reach out to me at any time.
